After I tried Pretzels in a bakery and a German restaurant, I have to say sorry, guys, but your Pretzels suck!
Not all the ingredients I am used to are available, so I improvised and want share how to make wonderful pretzels. Crispy skin and soft inside. Delicious with butter (and beer).
